Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and optimize global payroll platforms (Deel Payroll, EOR, time tracking, time off) to ensure accurate, compliant operations.
  • •Serve as liaison between Payroll, HR, HR Platforms, Finance, local country teams, and payroll vendors to drive issue resolution.
  • •Coordinate post-implementation hypercare and business-as-usual transitions, including deployments, readiness activities, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • •Manage payroll platform support tickets, vendor escalations, defects, configuration changes, and operational risks with root-cause analysis.
  • •Perform payroll readiness reviews, data validation, reconciliations, and operational control checks; translate requirements into system configurations and process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll systems, HRIS, or payroll technology in a complex or multi-country environment.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, deadlines, and the importance of accurate, compliant employee pay.
  • •Experience supporting or coordinating payroll-platform implementations, parallel testing, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • •Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance validation.
