Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Run RFP processes, complete bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives, track progress/variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of standard project management principles and techniques to handle complex assignments.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
