Job Summary

Lead and develop the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime, implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to align maintenance with production goals, manage spare parts and CMMS, and uphold safety and cost-efficiency across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance specialists (electrical, mechanical, PLC, etc.).
•Develop and manage maintenance schedules, priorities, and workloads to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
•Foster a strong safety culture within the maintenance department and ensure adherence to safety policies (e.g., LOTO, confined space, hot work).
•Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
•Oversee reactive maintenance activities, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, and optimize CMMS for work orders and data analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
•3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
•Proficiency with CMMS software.
