Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a centre of excellence for contractual knowledge; produce contract briefs and contract calendars for time-driven obligations
  • •Work with Account Managers and BDMs on new business opportunities and establish account development plans for allocated contracts
  • •Agree customer engagement and contract governance models; contribute to cross-sell and upsell to increase win rate
  • •Meet with customers to review contract performance and commercial issues; minute meetings and confirm key communications in writing
  • •Maintain an up-to-date Risk & Issues Register, keep contracts up to date, and partner with Finance/Legal on P&L understanding, quote accuracy, and bid/contract amendments

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years sales experience in commercial & contract management
  • •Strong financials and contractual knowledge, including P&L entries
  • •Experience closing large & complex deals
  • •Strong Excel, SFDC, and Tableau skills
  • •Ability to be a self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle
