Job Summary

Own full-cycle technical recruiting across India for engineering, product, data, and IT roles, while partnering with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and improve selection decisions. Deliver interviewer training and hiring process education, manage requisition portfolios and recruiting metrics, and ensure adoption of recruiting systems and standards. In parallel, support talent programs through onboarding, internal mobility, career development, learning execution, and manager enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and other technical roles across the region, plus professional and leadership roles as needed.
•Manage an active requisition portfolio and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
•Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive effective selection decisions.
•Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions; deliver interviewer training and hiring process education.
•Coordinate recruiting activity with contractors and agencies, ensure adoption of recruiting systems and standards, monitor hiring metrics and pipeline health, and maintain recruiting data and reporting.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record recruiting for technical and engineering roles such as software engineering, product, data, or IT.
•Proven experience managing full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple job families, including sourcing, technical screening, and closing candidates.
•Working knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring markets to partner credibly with engineering and technology hiring managers.
•Experience recruiting for professional and/or leadership roles in a Technology organization, in addition to technical roles.
•Experience using recruiting systems, talent analytics, and reporting tools, including using AI to improve process efficiencies.
