Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate approved creative concepts and artwork into comprehensive, production-ready tech packs.
  • •Create and maintain detailed product specifications including garment blanks, materials, measurements, color standards, dye processes, decoration methods, placement specifications, construction details, packaging requirements, and production notes.
  • •Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and clearly communicates design intent to vendors and manufacturing partners.
  • •Partner closely with Creative and Project Management teams to ensure product execution aligns with approved concepts and brand standards.
  • •Serve as the technical expert on garment decoration methods including screen print, embroidery, appliqué, patches, woven labels, DTG, sublimation, and specialty print techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Technical Design, Product Development, Apparel Development, or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, decoration techniques, manufacturing processes, and product specifications.
  • •Experience creating detailed tech packs and managing product development through sampling and production.
  • •Ability to review and evaluate production samples with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, production, and vendor teams.
