Job Summary

Technical Designer at TITOL™ translates approved creative concepts into production-ready tech packs, maintains detailed product specs, and serves as the technical expert on garment decoration methods. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and vendors to ensure design intent is preserved through sampling and production while driving quality and efficiency across multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Translate approved creative concepts and artwork into comprehensive, production-ready tech packs.
•Create and maintain detailed product specifications including garment blanks, materials, measurements, color standards, dye processes, decoration methods, placement specifications, construction details, packaging requirements, and production notes.
•Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and clearly communicates design intent to vendors and manufacturing partners.
•Partner closely with Creative and Project Management teams to ensure product execution aligns with approved concepts and brand standards.
•Serve as the technical expert on garment decoration methods including screen print, embroidery, appliqué, patches, woven labels, DTG, sublimation, and specialty print techniques.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Technical Design, Product Development, Apparel Development, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, decoration techniques, manufacturing processes, and product specifications.
•Experience creating detailed tech packs and managing product development through sampling and production.
•Ability to review and evaluate production samples with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, production, and vendor teams.
