Job Summary

Analyze and present MESEA regional financial information, owning key analytical tools and supporting daily and monthly finance and business operations. You will coordinate budgeting and forecasting, perform sales and cost center controlling, extract/clean/transform data for a financial and sales data warehouse, and build self-service dashboards with data integrity and mapping. Partner with IT and data engineering to improve pipelines and quality, support close activities, and provide insights via KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and Service operations costing updates.
•Maintain and develop analytics and FC tools, including sales and financial databases.
•Perform regular analysis of business performance, variances, and cost allocation maintenance.
•Extract, clean, and transform financial data from internal systems; ensure data integrity for reporting.
•Build and optimize self-service dashboards, resolve data mapping issues, and support monthly/year-end closings and ad hoc requests.

Key Requirements

•BA, preferably with a master’s degree.
•At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
•Technical proficiency managing databases, data analytics tools, and some programming.
•Strong understanding of business processes and financial data flows and processes.
•Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines while maintaining high data quality.
