Key Responsibilities

  • •Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with customer service as your number one priority.
  • •Load the 7.5-tonne vehicle with the day’s deliveries working with the warehouse team.
  • •Deliver to customers’ homes and handle unexpected situations with courtesy and respect.
  • •Efficiently install products and demonstrate how they work once installed.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and keep up to date with new products and technologies.

Salary: GBP 29,500 - 41,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience of installation is required (installer accreditation provided).
  • •Manual C1 UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
  • •DCPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) or Driver Qualification Card by the first day in the role.
  • •Tachograph Card.
  • •Great verbal communication skills and a good understanding of technology.
