Job Summary

Technical Project Manager leading end-to-end delivery of multiple technology-focused client engagements within Mastercard’s Deploy/A&CS delivery model. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (solutions architects, engineers, product, vendors), govern delivery through RAID and milestones, and ensure quality, on-time delivery in a client-facing, regulated-financial services context while based in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget are actively controlled across all engagements
•Act as the primary day-to-day delivery lead for client stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, expectations, and confidence throughout the project lifecycle
•Plan and manage integrated delivery schedules, dependencies, and milestones across parallel workstreams and teams
•Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects, engineers, product specialists, vendors, and client delivery teams
•Drive technical delivery governance, including status reporting, RAID management, action tracking, and escalation where required

Key Requirements

•Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent technical projects in a client-facing environment, ideally within financial services, payments, digital platforms, or regulated industries
•Strong background in technical project management, coordinating engineering, architecture, product, and third-party teams across complex delivery landscapes
•Demonstrated experience managing API-led integrations, platform implementations, or digital channel builds, with the ability to engage confidently on technical topics
•Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, delivery governance, and structured execution in both agile and hybrid delivery models
•Based in Japan with the ability to work on-site with the client as required. Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
