Deliver exceptional, concierge-style member service to Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge at Harry Reid International Airport. •Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception.
•Own and take accountability for the end-to-end customer experience.

•Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, plus travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance.
•Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate member needs.
