Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and fine-tune the email security solution, including day-to-day policy modifications.
  • •Handle email routing configuration, policy configuration/maintenance, and policy fine-tuning.
  • •Perform MX reconfiguration from the email gateway side and manage quarantine operations (tracking and unblocking).
  • •Onboard new customers, create migration templates, and manage user/admin creation.
  • •Analyze logs and reports to identify trends/issues; coordinate with the vendor and provide operational training/KT and security awareness/phishing rule updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3 to 6 years of email security gateway administrator or implementation experience.
  • •Trend Micro email security gateway certification (other email security solution certifications are an advantage).
  • •Deep understanding of email security features including antispam, anti-virus, phishing/BEC protection, and content filter/rules.
  • •Ability to document and diagram processes clearly and maintain structured documentation.
