  • •Provide an exceptional client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions with accurate recordkeeping and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through client outreach via outbound calls and by identifying needs/offers for referrals to branch teams or specialists.
  • •Ensure delivery of Truist expertise through Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution based on branch demand.

Key Requirements
