Job Summary

Build and ship agentic AI tooling inside AMD’s Compute and Graphics team. You’ll create fast automations and workflows that the team can adopt and reuse, then iterate based on real usage—fixing what breaks and improving adoption. Work in close collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to understand workflows and bottlenecks, and demonstrate impact through measurable improvements in how teams do their jobs.

Key Responsibilities

•Ship tools and automations that put agentic AI into day-to-day team workflows.
•Work with the CG team to understand real workflows, bottlenecks, and what drives adoption.
•Build fast, monitor usage, fix issues, and iterate to improve reliability and usefulness.
•Share and reuse what you build by turning it into patterns other engineers can apply across CG.
•Communicate technical ideas clearly and enable others so enabled teams change how they work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 182,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of technical experience, including 1+ year building and shipping AI workflows.
•Fluency with AI development tooling including agent frameworks, API integrations, Claude Code, Cursor, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
•Strong in Python and SQL, plus at least one other common language.
•A track record of AI tools, automations, or agentic systems that changed real work, not demos.
•Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people and support adoption of tools you build.
