CSR/Teller - Burlington, KY - Full-Time

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions as a CSR/Teller, listening to customers’ needs, answering questions, and following up with timely solutions. Perform daily office responsibilities, maintain accurate cash balancing records, and stay current on retail policies and financial center procedures. Identify customer needs and refer customers to bankers and business partners using tracking tools, while ensuring confidentiality and responsible risk management.
