Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the current AI platform while making architectural decisions for its future state.
  • •Learn and apply the prompt engineering workflow by writing and updating prompts and assessing bottlenecks across tech stacks.
  • •Consolidate prompts from six locations into a unified platform by sequencing work and aligning engineering, data, operations, and other teams.
  • •Own chatbot technical prioritization and keep the team coordinated without adding process overhead.
  • •Track emerging technologies (voicebot and computer use), manage the OpenAI relationship, and influence AI investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
