Job Summary

Partner with business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and monitor complex technology projects spanning mainframe and output solutions teams. Own project governance, define success criteria upfront, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, time, quality, and budget. Proactively communicate progress throughout the lifecycle, conduct risk assessments, and report risks or issues to senior leadership. This onsite role works Monday through Friday.

•Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to meet project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
•Provide a complete view of project status to the organization and all stakeholders.
•Define project governance, including roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
•Ensure success criteria are defined upfront and actively manage toward expected outcomes.
•Conduct risk assessments and log risks or issues in weekly reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering medium to large initiatives.
•4+ years of experience delivering in an Agile environment.
•4+ years of experience with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
•4+ years of experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field (or equivalent education/work/military experience).
