Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • •Serve as primary liaison for project deployments, service-level agreements, open service tickets, risks, and escalations.
  • •Manage financial accountability and drive KPI attainment across account operations and services.
  • •Host meeting cadences including quarterly business reviews and lessons learned sessions to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • •Provide program/project leadership: guide project managers, run kickoffs, create and manage schedules, oversee staffing, and coordinate transition from project completion to service ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience.
  • •5+ years in a project/program management or leadership role (direct or indirect).
  • •5+ years of experience in IT technology service or enterprise technology management.
  • •Valid and current PMP, PgMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat; technical aptitude for audio/visual and meeting space technologies.
