Job Summary

Drive reliability for well construction and production technologies by performing root-cause analyses, creating cause maps, and analyzing data to monitor fleet performance. Develop technology-specific KPIs, support incident and corrective action reviews, and assist with deviation waiver requests. Act as a reliability subject matter expert to operations and supply chain partners, mentor junior reliability engineers, and present reliability performance to internal and external customers while following HSE and compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate stand-alone root cause analysis on assigned technologies.
•Create cause maps for specified technologies.
•Analyze data to monitor fleet performance and create technology business KPIs.
•Facilitate Incident and Corrective Action Review Board meetings and support deviation waiver requests (DWR).
•Provide reliability instruction/knowledge transfer, act as a subject matter expert to operations and supply chain customers, and mentor junior reliability engineers.

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university or college (required).
•Minimum of 3 additional years of field experience (preferred).
