Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and validate new sensors and platform hardware through structured test programs.
  • •Fix minor bugs in the autonomy software stack during field operations.
  • •Execute supervised autonomy testing runs and release-level testing to verify production readiness.
  • •Collect data and run tests for edge-case maneuvers, sensor profiling, obstacle avoidance, and controller tuning.
  • •Maintain fleet software via updates, patches, and configuration management; monitor fleet health and triage field issues; document results and observations.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in EE, ME, CS, Robotics, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years in systems integration, field testing, or hardware/software validation for robotic platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with LiDAR, cameras, radar, GPS/GNSS, and embedded hardware.
  • •Proficiency with Linux and command-line tooling.
  • •Ability to read software logs, identify anomalies, and debug.
