Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Complex Investigations: end-to-end resolution of safety incidents with objective, unbiased, evidence-based investigations.
  • •Evidence-Based Resolution: manage escalated tickets with clear communication, ensuring resolutions are grounded in facts and aligned with terms.
  • •Vibe Analytics (NL-to-SQL): proactively query databases using natural language to generate SQL and identify fraud patterns and safety trends.
  • •Policy Stewardship: act as subject matter expert on Community Guidelines and evolve policies as the marketplace grows.
  • •Automated Workflow Design: identify bottlenecks and implement AI or low-code automation to scale enforcement solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Compliance; experience communicating with external stakeholders (clients, legal, or law enforcement) is a must.
  • •Proficient in using AI to enhance productivity; comfortable interfacing with data via natural language to generate SQL queries (NL-to-SQL) and automate repetitive tasks.
  • •High agency with extreme ownership; ability to independently resolve underlying problems rather than just processing tickets.
  • •Data-inquisitive and comfortable navigating internal systems to build a narrative of facts.
  • •Strong investigative mindset with the ability to weigh conflicting evidence and reach fair conclusions under pressure.
