Tax Director and Finance Lead

Lead global tax compliance, planning, and advisory for individuals, trusts, investment entities, and privately held businesses. Own tax strategy across U.S. federal, state, and international jurisdictions, including residency/domicile planning, tax-efficient structuring, and cross-border reporting. Oversee audit-ready controls, coordinate with Accounting, and manage external tax advisors, auditors, and legal counsel. Build and lead a high-performing tax function while partnering closely with Finance and executive leadership.
