Key Responsibilities

  • •Run agile delivery teams to unify and scale enterprise AI efforts across Micron.
  • •Integrate automated security controls into the AI ecosystem across CI/CD pipelines, identities, and sensitive-data classification.
  • •Convert business challenges into actionable technical strategies with rapid, high-impact delivery.
  • •Help define enterprise AI architecture via roadmap planning, framework selection, and reusable development patterns for global deployment.
  • •Build and strengthen a distributed AI engineering team and serve as spokesperson for Micron’s IT Generative AI program with internal and external audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in software engineering or IT with senior leadership experience in AI/ML or digital-transformation portfolios.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • •Deep understanding of modern AI stacks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, vector databases) and MLOps ecosystems, including security automation for code scanning, vulnerability management, and data classification.
  • •Proven record leading teams in regulated or security-conscious environments, implementing governance frameworks such as “Governance as Code.”
  • •Servant-leader with the ability to influence C-suite partners and empower agile teams.
