Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage relevant business unit subject matter experts to explore opportunities and provide holistic maintenance/advice on assigned relationships through cross-selling and identifying client needs.
  • •Execute and/or submit client account servicing activities, including processing wires and fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, maintaining accurate records, imaging documents, and researching client issues.
  • •Proactively communicate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain required information to properly execute requested activities.
  • •Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing, while fully following WM Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures.
  • •Assist with safe deposit box maintenance, demonstrate expertise in setting up client accounts and services, monitor banking reports, support audits, comply with risk/compliance guidelines, and mentor/train other personal bankers as designated.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services acquired through related work experience is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines, usually acquired through related work experience or formal training.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to identify, research, resolve requests, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
