Job Summary

Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship Sephora orders at an Omni-Channel Distribution Center. You’ll be cross-trained across departments to support receiving, shipping, and replenishment based on business needs, while meeting production rates and following SOPs. Maintain safety and loss-prevention compliance, ensure regular attendance, and provide high-quality customer service to retail stores and online customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship Sephora product per established production rates and SOPs.
•Cross-train across warehouse departments (receiving, pick/pack, shipping, put-away) based on operational needs.
•Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, including proper work attire and reporting safety violations.
•Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
•Maintain flexible scheduling, acceptable attendance, and provide internal/external customer service per company standards.

•Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
•Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse.

•Ability to be cross-trained across receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
•Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift.
