Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship Sephora product per established production rates and SOPs.
  • •Cross-train across warehouse departments (receiving, pick/pack, shipping, put-away) based on operational needs.
  • •Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, including proper work attire and reporting safety violations.
  • •Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain flexible scheduling, acceptable attendance, and provide internal/external customer service per company standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.

  • •Ability to be cross-trained across receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
  • •Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift.
