Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex liability and property claims with moderate supervision
  • •Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives
  • •Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios
  • •Organize customer meeting presentations and preparation of PowerPoint slides
  • •Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks

Key Requirements

  • •4 years+ experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims, preferably with large and complex claims management
  • •Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
  • •Recognised industry standard (e.g. Senior Associate of ANZIIF)
  • •Experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims handling with good customer service
  • •Technical knowledge of products and services and claims handling for Liability and Property insurance
