Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and evolve SRE-based frameworks that produce simple, reusable, scalable solutions to improve system resilience.
  • •Design and implement end-to-end services spanning user experience, APIs, and technical components, applying consistent reliability practices across teams.
  • •Explore and develop GenAI and agent-based solutions to automate development tasks, speed up incident diagnosis, and generate actionable reports.
  • •Participate in large-scale system operations by identifying improvement opportunities, resolving structural challenges, and promoting best practices through documentation and effective onboarding.
  • •Define and implement resilience-focused metrics, monitoring, and observability practices to anticipate issues and improve decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience developing end-to-end applications (frontend and backend) and designing/implementing REST APIs, with strong experience in Go, Node.js, and React.
  • •Experience implementing automated tests, continuous integration pipelines, and progressive deploy strategies.
  • •Understanding of distributed systems challenges, including observability, error handling, fallback strategies, and incident management.
  • •Knowledge of application infrastructure: containers, Kubernetes, load balancers, caches, CDN, cloud services, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Familiarity with SRE practices (monitoring, alerting, logging, distributed tracing, golden signals, SLI/SLO, MTTR) and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, and Kibana.
