Job Summary

Pack bottles into boxes, assemble and move cartons to pallets or skids, and lift totes/gaylords to ensure correct quantities. Perform visual and dimensional quality checks, identify nonconforming product, and support raw and finished product movement. Maintain housekeeping in the assigned area, empty trash cans, and help sustain the Food Safety Program (GMP) while meeting a rotating 12-hour schedule with occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide visual and aesthetic inspection of product before packaging.
•Pack bottles into boxes and move full cartons of bottles onto pallets or skids using the proper skid pattern.
•Lift totes of bottles into gaylords to ensure the gaylord has the correct number of bottles.
•Conduct dimensional quality checks as directed and identify nonconforming product for segregation/containment.
•Maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP) and perform general housekeeping duties for the assigned area, including end-of-shift trash removal and staging moves using a pallet jack.

Key Requirements

•Ability to pack bottles into boxes and move full cartons/totes to pallets or skids throughout the shift.
•Lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and perform lifting requirements as described (including lifting over head up to the stated height).
•Ability to walk/stand for 12 hours per day and perform repeated near-vision and wrist/finger speed tasks.
•Manual dexterity and ability to use multiple limbs together for coordinated handling of objects.
•Wear and use required PPE including proper hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hairnet, and beardnet (if applicable).
