Job Summary

Contracts Manager at Canva responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing SaaS and vendor contracts in support of Enterprise sales, Canva for Education, and Procurement. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain contract databases, improve templates and workflows, and enable cross-functional teams with training and AI-powered contracting tools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers and vendors ensuring terms comply with Canva policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide timely, risk-aware advice on contract terms, deal structure, and policy
•Maintain a database of contracts including key terms and obligations
•Provide feedback to improve templates, processes, and contracting workflows with a scalable, future-focused mindset
•Provide training sessions for the legal team and stakeholders on contracting tools and enablement to move faster on routine matters

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience negotiating SaaS agreements at high volume in support of a sales team and experience reviewing vendor agreements
•Experience using Ironclad, Salesforce, and AI tools for contract review and management
•Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree
•Comfortable negotiating live with customers and vendors
•Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and set expectations
