Private Clients Service Associate

Serve as the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients, resolving inquiries across calls, email, and live chat with speed and accuracy. Guide clients through onboarding and KYC/account-related processes, and manage issues and complaints with empathy while meeting service-level agreements. Maintain detailed client interaction records and track leads and queries from campaigns, contributing feedback to improve products and service.
