Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, deploy, optimize, and provide follow-on operational support for the Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications/modules (CWP, CSPM, ASPM, SSPM).
  • •Deliver technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for customer deployments across small to large enterprises.
  • •Modify and develop deployment scripts and processes using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform, including sensor and Falcon module deployment.
  • •Utilize and engineer deployment technologies for Falcon sensor deployment and maintain deployment status reporting while working closely with customer IT teams.
  • •Mentor and guide the Platform Professional Services team, conduct training sessions, and support integrations using CrowdStrike applications to enable vulnerability and asset management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, plus 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user/customer environment.
  • •Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP, with extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud.
  • •Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies and strong knowledge of CSPM.
  • •Expertise in Linux administration and usage of CLI, with extensive scripting experience in Python and proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
