Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall team in the Cairo office.
  • •Own cost planning and estimation in accordance with RICS NRM standards.
  • •Review and QA/QC pre- and post-contract deliverables.
  • •Liaise with customer and third parties on commercial matters including variations, claims, and payments.
  • •Attend client meetings, lead commercial meetings, and drive business development and proposals (as required).

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised degree in engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Ideally qualified to MSc level or with relevant post-academic professional qualifications.
  • •Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience.
  • •At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Strong commercial acumen for contracts, cost planning/estimation, and reporting.
