Support the Field Sales team for a growing Freight Forwarding business in Istanbul by managing existing customer opportunities. Prepare and follow up customer quotations, coordinate commercial follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information. Partner with Product, Pricing, and Operations to ensure timely responses, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and deliver strong customer satisfaction while complying with DP World commercial policies.
