Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate business development data for regional units and prepare analyses for monthly management meetings.
•Gather and review documentation for meetings for accuracy and conformity to business goals, elevating approval matrix triggers as needed.
•Manage the Risk Committee process for new and existing projects.
•Identify and review financial, legal, schedule, and other construction risks related to proposals for new projects.
•Proactively monitor and track key issues from the CRC and perform site visits as necessary, including follow-up with project teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35.08 - 61.39 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or equivalent demonstrated experience/education
•Experience with large general contractors or internship experience is preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and exposure to construction-related software
•Ability to gather, review and summarize documentation for meetings and maintain conformity to business goals
•Experience identifying and reviewing financial, legal, schedule and construction risks in proposals
