Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary liaison between the assembly site, internal disciplines, and internal customers.
•Support customer reviews and provide clear visibility into delivery status, risks, and recovery plans.
•Ensure end-to-end material flow from FSLs to the mixed-model assembly line to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.
•Monitor and manage logistics performance, including supplier shipments, inventory levels, and transportation efficiency.
•Lead daily coordination meetings to align production, supply chain, and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in aerospace or complex assembly environments.
•Strong knowledge of material planning systems (ERP/MRP) and logistics best practices.
•Demonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines and with external partners/customers.
•Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
