Key Responsibilities

  • •Support EDI and OCR partner onboarding, including coordination, requirements review, testing, validation, and issue follow-up.
  • •Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for eBusiness processes and digital commerce solutions.
  • •Create and maintain process flows, functional documentation, test scripts, support materials, and design inputs.
  • •Validate data accuracy post-implementation, manage hypercare support, troubleshoot integration issues, and help ensure compliance with process and technical standards.
  • •Communicate with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors; provide status/metrics reporting on risks, issues, and action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience or working knowledge of electronic document interchange (EDI), including IDOC processing, mapping, XML, and EDI standards such as ANSI or EDIFACT.
  • •Experience or working knowledge of SAP ECC and related order-to-cash, logistics, or digital commerce work processes.
  • •Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g., warehouses, 3PLs, customers, carriers).
  • •Fluent English in verbal and written communications.
