Staff Flight Test Engineer

Lead and execute flight test programs for an all-electric VTOL aircraft, coordinating across engineering, certification, and quality teams. Develop and oversee ground and flight test plans, mentor junior engineers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage test instrumentation and data collection in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
