Key Responsibilities

  • •Build deep, trusted relationships with customer C-level executives and senior stakeholders, aligning business priorities with SAP’s Energy and Oil & Gas solutions.
  • •Define and co-create strategic roadmaps for sustainable business outcomes and digital transformation across upstream, downstream, and corporate operations modernization.
  • •Lead the SAP Strategic Customer Program (SCP) by orchestrating a cross-functional extended account team and driving a unified one-team approach.
  • •Establish multi-level governance frameworks with SAP, ecosystem partners, and customer leadership; run QBRs to review KPIs, value realization, commitments, and growth opportunities.
  • •Drive sales execution and growth by expanding the SAP footprint, leveraging the SAP solution portfolio, increasing adoption of SAP cloud services, and tracking M&A/joint ventures to maximize commercial impact.

  • •Strong background leading strategic accounts in the Energy and Oil & Gas industry, translating upstream/downstream and corporate digital transformation needs into actionable roadmaps.
  • •Proven ability to build and sustain executive relationships across large, complex, government-linked organizations and implement governance models.
  • •Expertise in value-based selling and strategic decision-making in enterprise environments with multi-stakeholder dynamics.
  • •Solid understanding of SAP solutions for the Energy and Oil & Gas sector, with strong executive communication and presentation skills (including QBR leadership).
  • •Track record delivering measurable business outcomes, consistently exceeding net booking and cloud revenue targets in the Energy sector.
