Job Summary

Build, integrate, and operate internal AI tooling that turns agentic AI into real workflows across People, Legal, Finance, and Workplace. You’ll own connector and MCP integrations, govern AI workflows and tool publishing, and run structured vendor security/privacy reviews. Working as a hands-on IC within BizTech, you’ll prototype AI workflows, ship integration code and reference architectures, and help cross-functional teams adopt emerging agent frameworks safely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

•Extend and govern AI workflows across the company, partnering to ship AI-powered versions and ensure they’re governed and measured.
•Own technical governance for internal AI tools, including publishing/scoping/review cadence, security-review paths, and spend/usage monitoring.
•Own the MCP and connector roadmap for enterprise systems by hardening MCP integrations into production and scaling across systems (HRIS, ERP, contract management, ticketing, knowledge bases).
•Translate emerging AI capability into the internal roadmap by tracking agent frameworks/agentic features and making adoption decisions.
•Run structured AI vendor security and privacy reviews and build documented intake plus a reusable AI vendor risk framework with Privacy, Security, and Legal.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software or integration engineering experience, including at least 2 years building integrations between SaaS systems (HRIS, ERP, contract management, internal platforms, communication tools).
•Hands-on experience with API integration patterns, OAuth and identity, and webhook architectures for reliable enterprise system communication.
•Practical experience with LLM-based applications and AI tooling, including prompt design, agent workflows, retrieval/evaluation, or production integration of model APIs.
•Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable agent-tool integration patterns.
•Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with non-technical partners, plus DevOps/operational fundamentals (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, secrets management, observability).
