Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-develop and maintain internal audit processes aligned to the IIA International Professional Practice Framework.
  • •Lead development and execution of a risk-based audit plan and define audit scope with management.
  • •Manage outsourced internal audit service providers to ensure high-quality audit delivery aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Perform quality assurance reviews of audit work papers and reports against internal audit standards.
  • •Mentor and support internal audit professionals, and conduct complex audits/reviews to deliver actionable insights and track agreed actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Internal Audit.
  • •Previous experience working within a co-sourced Internal Audit model.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience managing and developing people.
  • •Strong proficiency in using data analytics to support audit reviews and drive insights.
  • •Part qualified or fully qualified CIA, ACA, ACCA, or CISA (or actively working towards one).
