Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with company financial systems and project controls tools to produce required cost, schedule, and progress data.
  • •Maintain organized project controls files (budgets, forecasts, trends, change logs, commitments, earned value reports) ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
  • •Analyze cost, schedule, progress, and productivity data to identify variances, emerging risks, and support recovery/mitigation actions.
  • •Support baseline development and control using drawings/specifications/scope documents to establish and validate scope, quantities, budgets, and key assumptions.
  • •Support invoicing and invoice/file management by coordinating inputs, validating documentation, tracking status, and maintaining invoice files.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •8+ years of experience in cost management, cost control, quantity surveying, or project accounting within large infrastructure programs.
  • •Experience in cost control, financial analysis, risk management, and reporting in large, complex construction and infrastructure environments.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and other cost management software tools for documenting and illustrating cost performance.
  • •Experience implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) in large infrastructure programs and producing consolidated program-level cost reports.
