Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physical Science (Physics), or 3+ years of semiconductor experience.
  • •2+ years in semiconductor physics, including understanding of transistor operations, scaling limitations, and reliability, with basic knowledge of CMOS circuits and characterization methods.
  • •2+ years using at least one software tool such as JMP or Python.
  • •2-4 years of experience as a Yield Analysis engineer or RDA in a MFG/HVM environment.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, plus DRAM experience.
