Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders and treasury service teams to onboard new and existing client treasury services.
  • •Execute onboarding to meet client expectations and coordinate deliverables and due dates with relationship teams.
  • •Complete, track, and QC customer changes such as adding/deleting accounts and maintaining user profiles.
  • •Configure application-enabled business systems and act as a liaison between operations teams, implementation teams, and clients.
  • •Construct test cases/test scripts, facilitate testing for new services, and validate production implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of proven customer service experience (or equivalent education and experience), preferably in banking or financial services.
  • •At least 3 years of operations support or business systems analysis experience.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and deliver quick turnaround requests.
  • •Strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • •Knowledge of Cash Management products and services, including online banking platforms, ACH, wire, and bank operations.
