Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Beauty accounts, serving as the primary business partner for day-to-day and mid-to-senior stakeholder engagement.
•Build relationships with Brand Managers, Media Leads, and agency partners, influencing senior decision-makers.
•Translate client objectives into structured full-funnel activation plans aligned with industry strategy.
•Drive Joint Business Planning for top-tier clients when required, ensuring clear quarterly priorities, investment commitments, and measurable growth levers.
•Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets across branding, performance, and commerce solutions, and maintain pipeline management and forecast accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, Media, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Media, or Digital Marketing with direct client-facing responsibilities.
•Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising products, and performance measurement metrics.
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
•Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of building, managing, and growing client relationships through strong communication and presentation skills.
