Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Turner & Townsend’s day-to-day representative during the construction phase.
  • •Monitor contractor performance against programme, quality, and safety requirements; coordinate site inspections and progress reviews.
  • •Review construction methodologies, site logistics plans, and compliance with permits, design requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • •Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities, and provide regular project reports to the client and internal teams.
  • •Implement QSHE standards via site audits, review of risk assessments/method statements/permits, incident management, and QSHE performance reporting while promoting safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •HBO degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
  • •5-10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, site management, clerk of works, contractor management, or similar roles.
  • •Solid understanding of Dutch construction regulations and HSE requirements.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently on site.
