Job Summary

Support the People Team as the first line of HR operations help, primarily for North America employees and as needed for the Philippines team. Manage and resolve employee requests spanning onboarding, offboarding, job changes, employment verifications, unemployment processing, and Workday transactions. Triage People Ops tickets, provide accurate guidance via email/tickets/Slack, and drive process improvements through automation, audits, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute employee data updates with minimal guidance, including headcount planning, onboarding/offboarding, employment verification, and unemployment processing
•Manage and triage the People Operations ticket queue, answering questions, processing transactions, and escalating or assigning complex requests
•Provide employees accurate guidance and support through email, tickets, or Slack, responding in the quickest effective channel
•Improve People Ops operational efficiency and employee experience by identifying automation opportunities, process/policy changes, and better communications/documentation
•Run reports and audits to identify HRIS issues, assist with HR policy updates, and support special/ad-hoc People projects

Key Requirements

•5+ years Human Resources experience, including 3+ years delivering HR support or shared services in US regions
•Strong understanding of US HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance
•Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
•Proven ticketing/case management experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk) and working with SLAs, audit standards, and compliance metrics
•Familiarity with Workday and/or Greenhouse, plus knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and statutory benefits
