Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using a variety of Workday integration tools, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Orchestrate and Workday Studio.
•Develop custom integrations utilising Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) to support data exchange requirements.
•Utilise XSLT for data transformation, ensuring accurate and efficient mapping between systems.
•Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other functional teams to gather and analyse integration requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
•Perform comprehensive unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of integrations.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience (desirable 3+ years) as a Workday Integration Developer in an enterprise environment.
•Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
•Expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations.
•Solid understanding and practical experience with data transformation technologies, particularly XSLT, XML, and JSON.
•Familiarity with Workday security models and how they apply to integrations.
