Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate logistics for offshore and onshore construction, including heavy lifts, modules, piping, equipment, and bulk materials.
  • •Coordinate transportation by sea, air, and land (vessels, barges, helicopters, trucks) and manage customs clearance and import/export documentation.
  • •Interface with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors, vendors, and third parties to align logistics activities with project schedules.
  • •Lead and manage the PMC logistics team and provide technical guidance to logistics engineers and coordinators.
  • •Ensure all logistics activities comply with ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and permits and monitor weather windows and offshore constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • •Minimum 20 years of experience in logistics management within oil & gas offshore projects
  • •Proven experience working as PMC or EPC Logistics Manager on large offshore projects
  • •Strong knowledge of ADNOC Offshore standards, procedures and approvals
  • •Experience in Middle East offshore projects is essential
