Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Honeywell site HSE requirements and applicable legislation, influencing employees to meet site HSE goals.
  • •Develop and deploy the district annual operating plan (AOP) for HSE performance and maintain HSE maturity requirements.
  • •Conduct regular contract HSE reviews, implement a governance and auditing program, and run HSE inspections with shared reporting.
  • •Deliver and manage HSE trainings (induction and job-specific/standard) and ensure compliance with training need analysis and plans.
  • •Support investigations of injuries/incidents, address non-compliance and enforcement/litigation risks, and drive continuous improvement of HSE culture and awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering/Science with 2 years of experience, or an engineering diploma (Electrical preferred) with 4 years of experience.
  • •HSE qualification: Diploma in Industrial safety from a recognized institute (mandatory).
  • •Internal/Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001:2018 (would be an advantage).
  • •2–4 years of HSE experience, ideally with airport/aviation safety, manufacturing, construction, or projects management.
  • •Strong written and communication skills in Hindi and English, plus strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
