Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication.
  • •Measure, record, and add random pipe lengths; measure and cut pipe using band saw and/or torch.
  • •Perform rolling and grooving, threading, and beveling of single and double random lengths using Landis machines.
  • •Move loose and/or bundled pipe within the pipe yard; assemble pipe orders in single sticks or bundles and maintain organized work supplies.
  • •Follow vital safety precautions for cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping pipe for storage and transportation; operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and company procedures.
