Key Responsibilities

•Own the intelligence layer behind the GTM engine, analyzing conversion patterns, lead attributes, and pipeline performance to build prioritization frameworks for high-value accounts
•Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities that exponentially increase velocity
•Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools that improve GTM efficiency
•Support the design and buildout of a scalable inbound funnel
•Create and maintain the systems, infrastructure, and processes that enable a high-performing sales organization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,000 - 128,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or GTM/revenue operations

•Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action in unstructured environments
•Strong work ethic and ability to move fast and deliver results in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
